I love people, but always feel guilty when I indulge in social networking; I feel like I should be cleaning my house instead :) So, if you don't mind my sporadic interaction, I'd love to get to know you better.

I am 32 years old and the mother of a smart, tender-hearted, stubborn little 6 year old. I am the wife of a Godly, smart, talented, in-touch-with-his-feelings-and-man-enough-to-admit-it husband, who is the best father in the world, in my opinion.

We live in Hope Mills and attend Southview Baptist Church, where the music is rockin,' the preachin' is authentic, relevant and thought-provoking, and the atmosphere is anything from shorts and flip-flops to suits -- whatever you're comfortable in. (www.southviewbc.org)

In my spare time, I have a small photography business, Plotnick Photography. I go mostly on word-of-mouth and love photographing weddings, family and expectant mother portraits and more. I also do team photos and action shots for the parents. I love photography and believe people like me should be able to afford custom photography-- so that's how my prices are structured. I also give my customers their high-resolution digital images on CD-Rom copyright-free as part of their price, which many photographers don't do. I also love to write. My bachelor's degree is in Mass Communication, with a focus on print journalism. In addition to being an active reporter in other cities, I also had a small marketing and PR company, where I wrote press releases, newsletters and more. I often combined my photography and writing skills for that. I am working on my first book. Having never published a book before, I haven't been commissioned to write it, so I don't know if it'll ever be published, but I believe God is giving me the content for it, so if it's meant to be published, it will be one day.
