Consider these 10 jobs -- some rather traditional and others unexpected -- for interesting at-home work and good (if competitive) prospects.

One can own a virtual assistant business or work from home for a company that makes you available to other employees or clients. Homewiththekids.com, for example, currentl…

Here is an article with links for legitimate no fee companies that are hiring. How do I know? I worked with one a few months before Christmas for extra cash all from my home. I came across an outstanding book several years ago that my children love. It is called Money Momma. My two oldest were 6 and 4 at the time. Ice skating rink on post,
Tolson Youth Center on Post( also you can rent the pool),
Facinate U Children's museum downtown Fayetteville,
Doc…

WE have four days left! If you still have shopping to do I am pretty sure that you will find great deals. We can find better deals if we are creative with our money. Their are plenty of ways to buy an inexpensive gift and make it look expensive. We all know that the cliche saying is it's the thought that counts. We know that most of he time that isn't the case. I saved a ton of money this year by buying nice bowls at TJ Maxx and filling hem with knock knacks and wrapping them in cellophane with…

"It doesn't get any easier then this," she says. "Get all of your chopping and slicing and dicing done on Thanksgiving eve. This way, when the big day comes, all you have to do is throw together your ingredients and you save all of that time."
